MAINTENANCE

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure everything is cleaned and serviced so when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Los Angeles, so you do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed.

At Duet on Wilcox, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist! Submit a service request through the online resident portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a service request through the online portal.

If you are locked out, contact a locksmith and provide the office with a key afterward. Duet on Wilcox does not assist with lockouts.

AMENITIES

Duet on Wilcox makes your arrival home from a day in Los Angeles even easier! We provide resident parking at $50 for the first assigned space and $100 for any additional parking. If you live in a 2-bedroom unit, you will get a tandem space for $100.

Instantly when you arrive at the property, you will love the modern-luxe atmosphere of the starlight lounge, the two pools with lounge chairs where you can relax and unwind after your work week, the gym where you can crush your latest fitness goals, the music room, and so much more! We also provide a dog park, so your furry friends experience the Duet on Wilcox lifestyle right alongside their forever friend.

Our pool is available all year, opening at 8 am so you can take your morning dip, and closing at 10 pm after you have relaxed in the soothing waters. 

Duet on Wilcox is proud to be pet-friendly! We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. Call our leasing office to discuss breed restrictions, pet rent, or any other questions you may have.

At Duet on Wilcox, our apartments are here to help do more of what you love. Cook in a kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove, with select apartments having dishwashers. Our Los Angeles apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

For internet and cable providers you can use Spectrum and Starry, keeping in mind our property offers complimentary Wi-Fi in common areas!

The approval speed of your application depends on how quickly proof of income is provided. After 72 hours you must have everything completed or it will be canceled. 

We require that prospects make 3x the monthly rent in order to qualify for any apartment.

Duet on Wilcox offers 4 different ways for you to pay rent. You can choose to use the online portal, personal check, money order, or cashier's check. If you have questions about rent payments, please contact our leasing office.

When living at Duet on Wilcox in Los Angeles, CA, the purchase of resident's insurance is mandatory. 

If your situation changes, we require a 30-day notice and 2 months' rent as a termination fee. Additionally, any concessions received must be paid back.

For electricity, you can set the service up online at www.ladwp.com. If you live in the 1750 building, you can set the gas service up online at  www.socalgas.com.

Utilities such as water, trash, sewer, electricity, gas, and all other utility fees, will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent. These utility bills will be billed on top of your rent and can be paid using the resident portal.

Yes, security deposits are subject to approval. Upon conditional approval, the security deposit will equal one month's rent. Standard security deposit amounts are as follows: Studio - $500, One Bedroom - $900, Two Bedroom - $1000.

Our Los Angeles location offers excellent access to public transportation options.
